Magnesia Iron Spinel Refractory Brick Introduction

Magnesia-iron spinel bricks use high-purity magnesia sand and Al-Fe spinel sand as the main raw materials through reasonable proportioning, high-pressure molding, strictly control over the firing temperature and firing atmosphere to make the products have good flexibility and thermal shock stability, and no hexavalent chromium pollution for cement kiln burning zone. The product is high volume stability, high load softening temperature, excellent thermal shock, sticking kiln coating properties and erosion resistance exceeding high quality magnesia-chrome brick, and have small reaction to cement clinker, the impact of the kiln skin off far less than magnesia-chrome brick. Proved by the usage, they not only have long life, smooth debris surface, and also no hazards of chromium.

Magnesium Aluminum Spinel Brick Introduction

Magnesia Alumina Spinel Bricks are classified into ordinary models and high-quality models according to raw material grades. RS brand magnesia alumina spinel bricks adopt high purity fused magnesia and spinel as main raw materials, their main crystalline phases are periclase and spinel, so they are also called periclase spinel bricks. Magnesia-Alumina Spinel Brick is in order to improve the heat stability of magnesia brick, add alumina oxide in ingredient to generate the magnesia brick which the main material is magnesia-alumina spinel. Fused Corundum Brick Classification

Fused Corundum Refractory Brick includes two types of Sintered Corundum Brick and Fused Cast Corundum Brick. Sintered Corundum Brick adopts sintered alumina as the raw material through the sintering process. Fused Cast AZS Brick can be made of fused alumina as the raw refractory material through the process method of sintering And also can use phosphoric acid or other adhesive to make Unburnt Corundum Fire Brick.

Corundum Brick Manufacturing Process

Refractory Fused Corundum Bricks include Fused Cast Corundum Brick, Fused Alumina Corundum Brick, and Sintered Corundum Brick. Fused Cast Corundum Brick is manufactured with commercial alumina and little sodium carbonate and quartz powder fusing in the quartz powder and through the process of casting and annealing, and then form the shape and size through machining. Fused Alumina Corundum Brick is made of fused alumina particle and fines adding little fire clay and binding agent through molding by fire brick machine after mulling. The density of fire brick is about 2.75~2.85g/cm3. After drying the refractory bricks are fired at a temperature of 1700~1800℃.
