Acid And Wear Resistant Plastic

Phosphate acid or acidic aluminum phosphate is used as the binder of acid proof and wear resistant plastic refractory, clay clinker, high alumina or corundum are used as aggregate, plastic refractory clay and conservant are added into aggregate to make acid and wear resistant plastic refractory. To increase the wear resistance of plastic refractory, corundum can be used as aggregate, α-Al2O3 fine powder and micro powder can  be used to increase the abrasion resistance of plastic mix.

The Storage of Acid And Wear Resistant Plastic Refractory

Store in cool and dry warehouse, suitable storage environment can prolong the storage period.
Acid and wear resistant plastic refractory not used up should be sealed and stored in warehouse, no impurity or air should enter into it.
Keep from moisture during storage, plastic refractory should not contact with water or rain.
Long term exposure to the sun should be prohibited, keep acid and wear resistant plastic refractory in cool and dry in door environment.
