Corundum Refractory Plastic Definition
1.Corundum refractory plastic is made of wear-resistant refractory raw materials, aggregated with powder or liquid binder, and mixed with some additives. Plastic refractory corundum can be made of plastic with excellent wear resistance at high temperature.
2.In the wear-resistant refractory plastic, Corundum plastic refractory is the same as the aggregate of the refractory castable, but only the binder is different, the wear-resistant refractory plastic binder is raw clay. Plastic refractory corundum has higher mechanical strength and abrasion resistance than high alumina refractory castable and mullite refractory castable.

Corundum Refractory Plastic Application
1.Corundum refractory plastic is suitable for circulating chemical bed boiler cyclone, furnace wall lining and coal ash impact and serious parts.
2.Refractory corundum plastic is mainly used in important parts of circulating fluidized bed boilers, such as the top of the cyclone, the returning device (return valve), the combustion zone of the combustion chamber and other parts with more serious wear and erosion.
3.Refractory plastic corundum is suitable for the cyclone cylinder of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the lining of the furnace wall and the parts with severe impact and wear of coal ash.
Corundum Refractory Plastic of the Plastic Effect

Corundum Refractory Plastic Construction Process
1.The corundum refractory plastic castable of construction is carried out by the method of tapping and compacting. Before the construction, the refractory plastic can be laid at the required part, the blanks should be laid in the wrong seam. After the beating, the joint of the blank should be beaten, and then the hammer or hammer will be used. The entire area was beaten 3 times to ensure the material density.
2.The correct anchoring factor is very important for supporting the sheet-like refractory plastic. Using rigid anchoring nail tips, the anchoring nail tips are spaced about 150mm~250mm. The thickness of the refractory material can be determined according to the design requirements of different the high temp furnace types.
3.After determining the damaged part with the high temp kiln, the edge is trimmed with a tool at a right angle and not sagged by 20 mm, that is, the repaired thickness is not less than 20 mm. After repairing, the refractory plastic corundum can be smoothed over the original refractory material, the trapezoidal connection cannot occur.
4.Clean the repaired parts with the high temp furnace. If the original refractory material has unstable particles, plastic refractory must be removed. There should be no floating dust to ensure that the repaired surface has a solid and clean working surface.
5.The refractory plastic castable can be sliced with a very clean knife, the fresh side is attached to the repaired part, and then the hammer is hammered or hammered tightly. The blank should be laid in a wrong way. After the beating, the blank should be connected. Sewage, no gaps can occur, and after all the repaired surfaces are attached, use a hammer to repeatedly tamper them until the surface of the blank is wet. Pay attention to the edges when beating, do not beat the original refractory material, and finally solidify the entire repair surface into a smooth plane.
